The Omcan 6-Burner Countertop Stainless Steel Gas Hot Plate is designed for high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice operations. Featuring durable stainless steel construction and finish, this heavy-duty unit is equipped with six individually controlled burners, providing flexibility for preparing multiple dishes simultaneously. The heavy-duty cast iron grilling grates provide a sturdy cooking surface, while the large, robust dial controls and manual burner valves allow for convenient, independent heat adjustment.

The hot plate features stainless steel burners and a spacious 36" x 24" cooking area, delivering a total output of 132,000 BTU. A removable full-width waste tray simplifies cleanup, while the heavy-duty adjustable feet provide stability on countertops. Designed for propane or natural gas operation, the unit includes a 3/4" rear gas connection and a propane conversion kit (42963) for added installation flexibility.
