The Nemox Fantasia Buffet is an innovative, eco-friendly buffet cooling system designed to preserve ice cream, sorbets, and a wide variety of fresh foods at the ideal tasting temperature—without the need for electricity during service. Elegant, practical, and fully portable, it is perfect for buffets, catering events, hotels, and upscale food presentations.
Engineered in Italy, the system uses three hermetically sealed double-walled bowls filled with a special Nemox cooling liquid. After being frozen for 8–12 hours, the bowls gradually release their stored cooling energy, maintaining optimal serving temperatures for up to 2 hours on the countertop.
Fantasia Buffet is highly versatile, capable of chilling and maintaining:

The system is built on a durable AISI 304 stainless steel frame with a convenient drip tray for easy cleanup. The transparent lids allow clear product visibility while keeping contents protected and hygienic.
Included with the unit are three 1.5-litre bowls, three transparent lids, three ice cream spatulas, and three spatula holders, providing a complete serving solution for professional buffet use.
Cleaning and maintenance are simple, with all removable components easily washable using warm water and neutral detergent.
