Made from moisture-resistant birch wood, it contains no strong resins, eliminating the risk of corrosion and keeping your blade safe. The cover includes 2 pins for secure closure and is compatible with Mercer’s ZÜM, Renaissance and Genesis 10" Chef knives and 240mm MX3 Gyuto, plus many other 10" chef and 240mm Gyuto knives. Fits only short bolster Genesis 10" Chef knife. Does not fit full bolster knives.
