Jackson - AJ Vision High Temperature Conveyor Dishwasher w/ Steam Heat Tank - AJ-86

The fully automatic AJ-86 conveyor dishmachine features steam tank heat and has a 25" standard height clearance that accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large mixing bowls. The 22" pre-wash section utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent removal of food soil. Clean 287 racks per hour with the AJ-86, using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack. The AJ-86 can handle any soil level thanks to the Adjust-A-Peak adjustable conveyor speed.

Stainless steel coils are utilized rather than injectors so that contaminated steam being injected into the wash water is not an issue. Stainless steel tubular steam coils are mounted inside the wash and power rinse tanks below the optimum water level. The coils are protected by a stainless steel float system. An external steam 'Y' strainer and high temperature steam solenoid regulates the flow of steam through the coils. Temperature in the tanks is controlled and maintained by fast reacting thermostats which control the operation of the steam solenoids. A float and thermostatic steam trap is provided and removes steam condensate from the steam coils which can either be plumbed to a drain or pumped back to the boiler if a condensate return system is available. Steam coils require a minimum of 10 PSIG flowing steam supply and a maximum of 20 PSIG. Install with a steam pressure regulator (by others) if steam supply exceeds 20 PSIG.
