Imperial's 36" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens.
Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features a 3/4" thick griddle features 20,000 BTU/hr (6kW) burners, each located every 12" of griddle surface and includes a 3" wide grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning.
Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. A large 3.5" landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling. The 6" heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors.
The open cabinet base is great for storage.
