The PR46B-D2 Steelheart Series pizza prep table is a single-section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food-safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 11.23 cubic feet, this front-breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR46B-D2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The PR46B-D2 includes 6 polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep pans (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with drawer slides that are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 46″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation, Georgia Made Certified and includes a six years parts warranty, five years labour warranty, and seven years compressor warranty.
