Worth the price! - I don't have too much experience with this class of knife, so I don't claim to be an expert by any means. In general though this has been an excellent knife! I absolutely think it's worth shopping in this price range. As compared to the cheaper chef's knives I've had in the past, this keeps its edge much better. It's extremely price, and affordable for a knife you'll have for a long time.
