Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the range only when a suitable pan is placed on top. On-demand cooling fan is nearly silent. Adaptive control knob adjusts to user input. High resolution TFT display instantly advises of power. Withstand high ambient kitchen temperatures up to 124°F (51°C). Include a USB port for downloading system updates and, for IRNG-PB1 and IRNG-PC1 models, adding new programmable modes. IRNG-PB1models feature programmable modes to create six (6) preset programs for consistent cooking cycles and quality product.
