- Soft Chilling for delicate products with positive temperature reduction to +37°F
- Hard Chilling for rapid chilling to +37°F within 90 minutes while reaching -4°F air temperature
- Freezing Cycle for deep freezing applications reaching 0°F within 240 minutes and air temperatures as low as -40°F
Designed for efficiency and durability, the blast chiller features a semi-hermetic compressor and utilizes environmentally conscious R449A refrigerant for dependable cooling performance. The automatic defrost system with pause function helps simplify maintenance and improve operational efficiency.
