Garland Induction Unit GI-SH/IN 5000 with a total kW rating of 5.0 kW is a drop-in mount that is flush with the counter. It is built with a robust stainless steel casing with ceran ceramic glass work top. It has a compact powerful electronic system for years of reliable service and the overheat sensors help to prevent damage if a pan is run dry. This unit is easy to operate and is supplied with a remote rotary mounted control.
The unit is designed to be installed into a counter. An integral cooling fan keeps the electronics cool. The unit takes cooling air in from the bottom, and discharges from all sides, top section.
