It has a 35 lb capacity stainless steel open-design frypot. This commercial unit has a stainless steel front, door, cabinet, and backguard. The Range-Match fryer matches G and GF series rages and broilers with low profile backguards. The 12" (305mm) x 15" (381mm) frying area has a large heat transfer area and deep cold zone. This unit includes a matching 16" (406mm) wide fryer station with cabinet base.
