GREAT SKILLET
I recently bought a 12″ Finex skillet, and it cooks superbly. The skillet retains heat really well, and food does not stick to it. It cooks very evenly and goes from stove to oven and back while maintaining the temperature. Although the skillet is relatively heavy, its heft adds to its heat retention capability.
