Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), the heat is evenly diffused for controlled, natural cooking. It can be transferred from the freezer to the oven or microwave, and used under the grill up to 270°C.
The resistant glaze protects from scratches and chipping, and everyday cleaning in the dishwasher.
