Brilliant internal LED lighting from the top illuminates each of the ten included 5L gelato pans, ensuring vibrant and appealing presentation. Double-tempered glass construction provides durability and insulation, while an additional internal temperature display allows for quick and easy monitoring during service. The rear acrylic sliding doors offer convenient access for staff without disrupting the display.

Engineered for consistent performance, the ventilated cooling system maintains even temperatures throughout the cabinet, supported by a digital temperature controller and display with a working range of -12°C to -22°C (10.4°F to -7.6°F). To maintain clear visibility at all times, hot air is circulated across the front and sides to prevent condensation buildup on the glass, while excess moisture is automatically evaporated for low-maintenance operation.

Designed for flexibility in busy environments, the unit includes four casters for mobility along with two adjustable feet for stable positioning. It operates using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and connects via a NEMA 5-20P plug with a 1.8 m cord.
