Designed for convenience and control, the unit features independent manual temperature controls and a standing pilot for reliable, instant ignition. The pilot light can be easily adjusted and lit from the front of the unit. Extended top side walls help keep grates securely in place, while sectioned grates make removal and cleaning simple. A full-width crumb tray is also included for quick and efficient cleanup.
The charbroiler is built with operator comfort and safety in mind, featuring a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel front edge.
