The EFI Sales 46" Heated Open Display Case is a versatile and high-capacity solution designed for merchandising hot food items in cafés, bakeries, and grab-and-go environments. Designed for maximum visibility and accessibility, the open-front configuration allows customers to easily view and select items, while tempered glass panels on both sides help retain heat and maintain product quality. Warm LED lighting positioned at the top and beneath each shelf enhances presentation, ensuring food appears fresh and appealing throughout service.

Inside, four adjustable stainless steel shelves provide flexible organization within the spacious 26.8 cu. ft. interior. Each shelf can be individually temperature controlled, allowing different products to be held at their ideal serving temperatures. The digital temperature controller and display offer precise monitoring and adjustment within a range of 30–70°C (86–158°F).

For added efficiency, a pull-down front curtain helps retain heat during off-peak hours or overnight, reducing energy consumption. The unit is equipped with four casters for mobility and two adjustable feet for stable placement once positioned. A main power switch allows for simple operation, and the unit connects via a NEMA 6-30P plug with a 1.8 m cord.
