You can never have enough S-Hooks. S-Hooks are ideal for hanging larger pieces of meat on the hanger. High-quality stainless steel guarantees highest load capacity and food safety.
The S-Hooks are inserted into the meat with the pointed side and hung on the Hanger with the other side. This ensures that the meat hangs safely and freely in the DRYAGER. By hanging on S-Hooks, the meat does not get any pressure marks and the air can circulate ideally around the maturing product. This ensures perfect Dry Aging results.
