The Charcuterie Package is the ideal complement to your DRYAGER cabinet for maturing sausages and hams. An ingenious 2-in-1 solution. Depending on your requirements, there are two ways of using these stainless steel Charcuterie Shelves. Simply by inverting the shelves, the refined grid shape can be used for different types of sausage and ham. This is the ideal way to hang strings of sausage and hams, as well as pairs of sausage.
A) 'Attachment lugs' pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simply be hung over each lug.
B) 'Attachment lugs' pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs of sausage in the 'notch'.
