Chef Robert will guide participants through each step of the mozzarella-making process, explaining the ingredients, techniques, and science behind creating perfectly soft, stretchy fresh mozzarella. Working in small groups, you'll gain firsthand experience as you transform simple ingredients into delicious homemade cheese while learning tips and tricks to confidently recreate the process in your own kitchen.
By the end of the class, you'll leave with some fresh mozzarella made during the session, along with all the ingredients used so you can continue practicing and impress family and friends with homemade fresh cheese. - Demonstration-style cooking class with questions welcomed
- Guests will receive tasting portions of each menu item throughout the class, with thoughtfully sized portions provided throughout the evening.

Cooking classes are considered special events. All ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send another guest in your place. Please notify us in advance if transferring your ticket to another attendee.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Classes will start promptly at 6:30, late arrivals may miss portions of the class.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & FOOD ALLERGIES
Please review class menus carefully before purchasing tickets. Menu items and recipes are fixed for each class and cannot be modified to suit individual dietary needs.
Williams Food Equipment is not an allergen-free facility. Guests with food allergies or dietary concerns attend at their own risk and are responsible for taking necessary medical precautions, including bringing an EpiPen if required.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photography and video may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional or social media purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image in Williams Food Equipment marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
CLASS CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
In rare circumstances, Williams Food Equipment may need to cancel, reschedule, or modify menus due to ingredient availability, insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a class is cancelled by Williams Food Equipment, guests will be offered a transfer to another class or refund.
