Less is more: the control panel of the Convotherm mini Standard offers the classic operating elements such as switches, rotary dials and buttons. This allows all settings to be selected easily, quickly and completely individually, a features professions in particular appreciate. At the same time, it offers full performance across the spectrum of the mini family: flexibility and variety thanks to three cooking modes, automatic cooking and baking, mixing and batch loading, and automatic cleaning.
