Canplas Endura - XL75 Grease Interceptor w/ Traffic Rated Cover - 4075A04

Comparably compact, durable, and highly effective Endura XL75 is based on Hydromechanical operation offering viable alternatives to traditional large-capacity Gravity Grease Interceptors (GGI). XL units can be installed inside or outside, above or below grade. These units come standard with internal flow control. 

High capacity polyethylene hydromechanical grease interceptors for the interception of fats, oils, and grease in food preparation waste water.

Dynamic Inlet Baffle: The Dynamic Inlet Baffle is unique not only to Endura XL but also the industry. The simple pull-push action, opens and closes the baffle providing unrivaled access for inspection and cleaning. 

Integrated Flow Control: Like most hydromechanical interceptors Endura XL uses a flow control orifice to manage the waste water entering the unit. Mounted on the front section of the baffle, the internal flow control plate moves away from the inlet pipe giving opportunity for visual inspection and cleaning as required. This action also opens the upstream line to its full diameter, allowing any accumulated debris to pass into the tank, where it can be removed.

Solids Retention Area: Passing over the ramp, any solids or debris separate by gravity into the defined solids retention area. This significantly reduces the likelihood of grease-laden particles from exiting the interceptor.

Load Rated Access Covers: The XL access covers use high grade thermoplastic for strength, durability and chemical resistance. The seal is recessed in the cover for security and protection.

Balanced Air Environment: Endura XL features an internal balanced air environment. This ensures that the air movement necessary for the efficient function of the interceptor and connected drainage system are maintained. This function is also key to air entrapment when flow enters the unit.

Factory Plumbed 3-Way Outlets: The Endura XL models feature three pre-plumbed outlet options for straight through, or side outlet drainage connections. Simply choose your most convenient outlet connection and seal the other two with the caps provided.

Outlet Well Features: With the FOG and solids having been effectively separated, the waste water leaves the tank via our uniquely enclosed outlet well, the effluent being discharged to the downstream drain through one of three pre-plumbed tank outlets.

• 75 GPM rated. Maximum grease capacity 559lbs. PDI G-101, ASME A112.14.3, CSAB481.1 Approved.
• Rotationally molded PE tanks provide smooth internal surfaces for easy wash-down maintenance. Temperature rated to 160° F.
• Patented dynamic inlet baffle uniquely provides access to integrated flow control.
• Supplied with CSA B481.0 Approved Class 'S' access covers for heavy traffic application (10,000 lb max. service load). Tested at elevated and sub-zero temperatures for outdoor application. Meets design requirements of AASHTO M304 H20.
• Tank design resists flotation, additional tie down locations available.
• External flow control available (4044275(AS)) for PDI compliant installation where required (Externally located, vented) - not included.
• 4" No-Hub connections on inlet and (3) outlets. Connect with approved mechanical joint (MJ) couplings - not included.
• Custom designed fastener system and dual access covers for maximum visibility and maintenance access. Air and water-tight operation.
• Compatible with XL Riser Extensions - 40100AX18/AX35 for maximum depth of 72".
• Factory installed three-way outlet system allows 90° change of direction to be made through the grease interceptor.
• Limited lifetime warranty.
