Perforated steam pan, anti-jamming. Anti-jam design covers full perimeter of pan, preventing damaged edges. Space between pans creates ventilation allowing pans to dry completely for proper sanitation. Reinforced edges & corners resist bending. 22 Gauge stainless steel.
