Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip
makes a little over 2 cups

Ingredients:
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (roughly 2 cups)
4 oz jarred pimentos, drained and minced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, minced
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped

Directions: 

Combine ingredients in a stand mixer and mix on medium until evenly combined. Devour immediately.
