The Beverage-Air SPED72HC-12-6 72-inch Sandwich Prep Table is designed for versatility, durability, and efficient cold holding in busy commercial kitchens. With a 20.02 cu. ft. net capacity, rear-mounted compressor, and six drawers, this unit provides flexible refrigerated storage combined with a convenient prep surface for streamlined food preparation.

The cabinet features stainless steel construction on the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures sanitation and long-term performance. The prep top includes removable stainless steel hoods and holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, keeping ingredients organized and easily accessible. Enhanced airflow technology maintains product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F, ensuring that items in open containers remain below 41°F while staying above freezing.

Snap-in magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal on the drawers to preserve temperature integrity. Painted aluminum handles offer durability and comfort during frequent use. The six refrigerated drawers feature stainless steel frames supported by telescoping drawer slides with a locking mechanism that prevents accidental removal, ensuring smooth and secure operation. A 10-inch-wide white polyethylene cutting board offers a durable prep surface and is removable for easy cleaning.

Mounted on 6-inch casters, including two with brakes, the unit can be easily repositioned and securely locked in place. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets CARB, SNAP, DOE, and other regulatory requirements. Adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil enhance efficiency and long-term reliability.
