The Beverage-Air UCR72AHC is a 72" mobile undercounter refrigerator designed to deliver reliable cold storage with the durability and flexibility required in busy commercial kitchens. With a generous 17.88 cu. ft. capacity, it features a stainless steel front, sides, top, doors, and grille, paired with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. A 1/2" thick sub-top adds strength beneath the work surface, making it well suited for prep areas, while full electronic controls and a standard interior thermometer allow for precise temperature monitoring.
This unit is equipped with three self-closing solid swing doors that include a 120° stay-open feature for efficient loading and unloading. Magnetic door gaskets ensure a tight seal, helping maintain consistent internal temperatures. Mobility is built in with 6" casters, two of which include brakes, allowing the refrigerator to be easily repositioned as kitchen layouts change. Inside, six epoxy-coated wire shelves provide flexible organization, and the field-reversible doors add installation versatility.
The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and meets all CARB, SNAP, and DOE requirements. An adaptive defrost system and epoxy-coated evaporator coil work together to ensure efficient operation and long-term reliability, maintaining product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F for safe, consistent food storage.
