The Beverage-Air DPD67HC-2 pizza prep table blends open cabinet storage with heavy-duty drawer convenience, giving busy kitchens the flexibility to organize ingredients their way. At 67" wide, it provides a generous prep surface while keeping refrigerated product within arm’s reach for fast, efficient assembly.

The exterior is built to last with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, door, drawers, and grille, plus a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. A 19" reversible cutting board runs the length of the unit and removes easily for cleaning. Above, matching stainless steel hoods with insulated lids protect the ingredient rail, while the aluminum interior top liner helps prevent spills from falling into the cabinet below.

This model pairs one refrigerated door with two drawers for versatile storage. The door is self-closing and mounted on cam-lift hinges with a 120° stay-open feature, making restocking simple during peak service. Magnetic gaskets on both the door and drawers ensure a tight seal for energy efficiency, and the door is field reversible to adapt to your kitchen layout. Behind the door, two epoxy-coated wire shelves help keep bulk ingredients organized.

The drawers are engineered for strength and longevity. Heavy-duty stainless steel frames ride on 12-gauge slides with Delrin® rollers rated at 275 pounds. Telescoping tracks include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal, and pan locking divider supports come standard for secure product storage. The rail accepts pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) and holds up to three full-size pans.

Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner stands up to the demands of daily commercial use. Adaptive defrost, an epoxy-coated evaporator coil, and enhanced airflow maintain consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. The side-mounted compressor uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets major regulatory requirements. Mounted on 3" casters, two with brakes, the unit is easy to move for cleaning or service.
