The Beverage-Air DPD60HC-2 pizza prep table delivers the same rugged performance and smart organization operators expect from Beverage-Air, now in a versatile 60" footprint with added ingredient capacity. It’s a strong fit for pizza, salad, and sandwich stations that need more room than compact models but still want the speed and convenience of drawer access.

The exterior is finished in stainless steel on the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom for structural durability. A generous 19" reversible cutting board provides ample room for assembly and can be removed quickly for cleaning. Above the rail, matching stainless steel hoods with insulated lids help protect ingredients, while the aluminum interior top liner is designed to prevent spills from dropping into the cabinet.

Instead of doors, this model features two high-capacity drawers built for strength and convenience. Heavy-duty stainless steel frames ride on 12-gauge slides with Delrin rollers rated at 275 pounds, giving operators confidence even when fully loaded. Telescoping slides include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal, and pan locking divider supports come standard to keep product secure and organized. Magnetic gaskets ensure a tight seal to maintain efficiency and consistent holding temperatures. The rail accommodates pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) and holds up to three full-size and one half-size pans.

Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner stands up to constant use. Adaptive defrost, an epoxy-coated evaporator coil, and enhanced airflow maintain reliable product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. The side-mounted compressor—specified left or right at time of order—uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and complies with major regulatory standards. The unit ships on 3" casters, two with brakes, so it can be positioned or moved easily for cleaning and service.
