Built for strength and longevity, the cabinet features a stainless steel front, sides, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized steel back and bottom for added structural support. The heavy-duty, fire-proof insulated 16-gauge stainless steel top includes a full marine edge to prevent spills from dripping over the sides and supports up to 1,000 pounds of countertop cooking equipment. No heat shield is required when proper clearances are followed per the owner’s manual.
The interior liner is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum for durability and easy cleaning. Two self-closing drawers are designed to accommodate 6-inch deep full-size food service pans (not included), with a capacity of four full pans total. Each drawer features a one-piece, snap-in magnetic gasket for a secure seal and easy maintenance. Heavy-duty 12-gauge stainless steel drawer slides with Delrin rollers are rated at 275 pounds and backed by a lifetime warranty on all drawers and slides, ensuring long-term reliability in high-volume kitchens.
A full electronic control system allows precise temperature adjustment, while variable speed compressor technology delivers up to 30% greater energy efficiency.
