With a 24.0 cu. ft. net capacity, it accommodates up to sixteen 13" x 13" x 11" milk cases or ten 19" x 13" x 11" cases, making it well suited for daily service demands where consistent temperature control is essential.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, this milk cooler delivers excellent durability, sanitation, and corrosion resistance. The unit features stainless steel lids, a hinged access door, and secure latches, along with self-latching doors and lids equipped with safety bumpers to protect both the cabinet and surrounding equipment. Heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks keep product elevated for proper airflow and easy loading, while flexible compression door gaskets ensure a tight seal to maintain safe holding temperatures. A centrally located floor drain simplifies cleaning and connects easily to a drain hose, and full electronic controls paired with an exterior thermometer allow for precise temperature monitoring. For added security and mobility, the cooler includes a cylinder lock and 6" heavy-duty plate casters, two with locks.
