The Beverage-Air HH2-1S Horizon Series warming cabinet is engineered to keep prepared foods hot, fresh, and ready for service in demanding commercial kitchens. With a generous 45.04 cu. ft. capacity and six heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves, this unit provides dependable holding performance in a 52" footprint, making it ideal for restaurants, catering operations, and institutional foodservice environments.

The cabinet features a stainless steel front with durable continuous coil-coated sides and stainless steel breaker caps for long-lasting durability. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner promotes even heat distribution and easy cleaning. A top-mounted heating system with strip-style 750-watt heating elements delivers a total of 3000 watts per compartment, operating on 208–240/60/1 power for consistent performance.

Full electronic controls and an operational indicator panel include a thermometer and adjustable thermostat accurately calibrated from 80°F to 180°F, allowing precise temperature management. An externally mounted blower ensures even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet, while the built-in adjustable humidity control vent helps maintain optimal product quality and moisture levels.

Designed for convenience and workflow efficiency, the solid swing doors are self-closing with a 120º stay-open feature on cam-lift hinges and are field-reversible to suit your kitchen layout. Built-in door locks provide added security, and snap-in magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal while allowing for easy removal and cleaning. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and the one-piece grille allows simple access for maintenance.
