Its heavy-duty, fire-proof insulated 16-gauge stainless steel top includes a full marine edge to contain spills and prevent drips from running over the sides. The 60-inch extended top overhang offers additional surface support for equipment setups that require a larger footprint, while maintaining an impressive 1,000-pound weight capacity. No heat shield is required when installed with proper clearances according to the owner’s manual.

Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Two self-closing drawers accommodate 6-inch deep full-size food service pans (not included), holding up to four full-size pans total. Each drawer features a one-piece, snap-in magnetic gasket for a secure seal and simplified maintenance.
