The Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12C is a 48" sandwich prep table designed to support high-volume food preparation with reliable refrigeration and durable construction. Offering a 13.01 cu. ft. net capacity, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, top, doors, and grille for long-lasting performance and easy sanitation, while the galvanized steel back and bottom add structural strength. The corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner further enhances durability and simplifies cleaning in demanding kitchen environments.

Designed for efficient workflow, the prep table includes a cut-top design with removable stainless steel hoods and a spacious 17" wide cutting board made from white polyethylene plastic. The cutting board is removable for easy cleaning and provides ample workspace for sandwich and prep tasks. Twelve 1/6-size, 4" deep polycarbonate pans are included to keep ingredients organized and easily accessible, while enhanced airflow ensures consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F across the refrigerated base.

Operational convenience is built in with full electronic controls for precise temperature management and self-closing doors with a 120° stay-open feature for easy loading and restocking. The doors are field-reversible and easily removable for servicing and cleaning, while snap-in magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal for efficient cooling. Four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves offer flexible storage, and 6" casters, including two with brakes, allow for smooth mobility and secure placement. Powered by energy-efficient R290 refrigerant with adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil, the SPE48HC-12C delivers consistent, environmentally responsible performance for busy commercial kitchens.
