Built for demanding environments, the cabinet features a stainless steel front, sides, doors, and grille, with a galvanized steel back and bottom for added structural strength. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner provides long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. A 1/2-inch thick sub-top reinforces the undercounter design, making it suitable for food prep surfaces.
This dual-temp unit offers two independently controlled temperature zones. The left side operates as a freezer, maintaining product temperatures of -10°F and below, while the right side functions as a refrigerator, holding consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. Each section has a 5.31 cubic foot capacity, allowing you to store frozen and refrigerated products side by side. The freezer features electric defrost, while the refrigerator utilizes non-electric defrost for efficient operation. An internal thermometer and full electronic control system provide precise temperature management.
Self-closing solid swing doors include a 120-degree stay-open feature and are mounted on durable cartridge-style hinges for smooth operation. Magnetic gaskets ensure a tight seal to maintain energy efficiency, and painted aluminum door handles provide a comfortable grip. The doors are field reversible for flexible installation (hinge kit not included).
The unit comes standard with four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for organized storage.
