A 1/2-inch thick sub-top adds strength to the undercounter design, making it suitable for food prep applications.
The unit features a full electronic control system with a standard interior thermometer for precise temperature management. Capable of maintaining product temperatures down to -10°F, it ensures safe and consistent frozen storage. The freezer uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets CARB, SNAP, DOE, and other regulatory requirements. Two upper and lower pull-out drawers are designed to accommodate 6-inch deep pans, providing organized, accessible storage. This unit features a self-closing door with a 120-degree stay-open capability, mounted on durable cartridge-style hinges for smooth operation and long-lasting performance.
