The Beverage-Air SPE36HC-15M-STL 36-inch Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is built for high-efficiency food prep, combining generous pan capacity, reliable refrigeration, and durable stainless steel construction. With a 10.01 cu. ft. net capacity and rear-mounted compressor, this unit maximizes workspace while maintaining consistent cold holding performance in busy commercial kitchens.

Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, doors, and grille, along with a galvanized back and bottom, the cabinet is designed for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum for added strength and sanitation. The mega top configuration features a see-thru lid and accommodates fifteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, allowing operators to keep a wide variety of ingredients organized, visible, and easily accessible.

Enhanced airflow technology ensures that product in open containers remains safely below 41°F while staying above freezing, maintaining optimal freshness. The unit consistently holds cabinet temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. Full electronic controls provide precise temperature management, while adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil promote long-term reliability and efficiency. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets CARB, SNAP, DOE, and other regulatory requirements.

Two self-closing solid doors feature cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay-open function for easy loading and unloading. Snap-in magnetic gaskets create a tight, positive seal to maintain temperature integrity. Inside, four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide organized refrigerated storage.

For food preparation, the unit includes a 10-inch-wide white polyethylene cutting board that is removable for easy cleaning. Painted aluminum door handles offer durability and comfort, while 6-inch casters—two with brakes—allow for easy mobility and secure positioning.
