The cabinet features a stainless steel front, sides, drawers, and grille, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom for added durability. Its heavy-duty, fire-proof insulated 16-gauge stainless steel top includes a full marine edge to contain spills and supports up to 1,000 pounds of equipment. No heat shield is required when proper clearances are maintained according to the owner’s manual.
Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. Two self-closing drawers accommodate 6-inch deep full-size food service pans (not included), with a total capacity of four full-size pans. Each drawer is equipped with a one-piece, snap-in magnetic gasket for a secure seal and simplified maintenance. Heavy-duty 12-gauge stainless steel drawer slides with Delrin rollers are rated to support up to 275 pounds and are backed by a lifetime warranty on drawers and slides for long-term reliability.
The refrigerator is capable of maintaining product temperature from 36°F to 38°F, controlled by a full electronic control system for precise temperature management. Adaptive defrost and non-electric defrost with hot gas condensate evaporation enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements.
