Built to withstand daily use, the exterior front, sides, and grille are stainless steel, while the back and bottom are galvanized. A stainless steel interior ensures long-lasting durability and simplified cleaning. LED lighting provides clear product visibility, and four heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves help keep inventory organized.
The bottom-mounted compressor improves service accessibility, while electronic controls with one-touch defrost and adaptive defrost technology maintain reliable operation. The refrigerator section holds product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F, while the freezer maintains temperatures down to -10°F.
For busy kitchen workflows, the self-closing half doors include a 120° stay-open feature, spring-loaded hinges, and secure door locks. Snap-in magnetic gaskets make cleaning and replacement fast and simple. A one-piece removable grille allows easy access for preventative maintenance, and heavy-duty 6" casters with brakes make moving and positioning the unit effortless.
