The heavy-duty, fire-proof insulated 16-gauge stainless steel top features a full marine edge to prevent spills from dripping over the sides and supports an impressive 2,000-pound weight capacity, making it ideal for holding grills, griddles, fryers, and other countertop equipment. No heat shield is required when proper clearances are followed according to the owner’s manual.
Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner provides long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Six self-closing drawers offer convenient refrigerated storage and accommodate 6-inch deep full-size food service pans (not included), with a total capacity of twelve full-size pans. Each drawer includes a one-piece, snap-in magnetic gasket for a secure seal and simplified maintenance.
