Crafted from a single piece of oak wood, this beautiful board will quickly become your favorite way to serve appetizers. Each piece features a unique and intriguing grain, thanks to the dense nature of oak that makes it resistant to odors and stains better than other types of wood.
To maintain the beauty of these products, Berard suggests avoiding the use of strong detergents. Instead, simply hand wash and rinse the pieces in warm water and leave them to dry in a vertical position. Do not soak or put them in the dishwasher. Additionally, to prevent the wood from drying out, occasionally apply some vegetable oil, food-safe mineral oil, or beeswax.
