Atosa - 43" Combi Condensation Hood - AEC21C

The Atosa AEC21C combi condensation hood is designed to efficiently capture and condense steam generated by combi ovens during cooking cycles and door openings. Measuring 43 inches wide, it integrates seamlessly with compatible Atosa combi ovens, helping maintain a cleaner and more comfortable kitchen environment without the need for a traditional ventilation hood.

This self-contained system does not require external ductwork, making installation simpler and more flexible for many commercial kitchens. The unit plugs directly into an electrical connection and requires a separate water and drain line for proper operation. With an airflow capacity of 250 to 400 CFM, the hood effectively manages steam while operating at a quiet noise level of under 65 dB(A).

The system is capable of achieving up to 95 percent steam reduction when the oven door is opened, helping minimize excess moisture in the kitchen and improving overall working conditions. A removable stainless steel grease filter captures particles and can be easily cleaned in a dishwasher, while the front-access design makes routine maintenance quick and convenient.
