This model includes automatic water fill and automatic water level maintenance, ensuring continuous operation without the need for manual refilling. The system automatically maintains the proper water level for cooking, improving efficiency and helping kitchens maintain consistent performance throughout service. A built-in water safety sensor and low water cut-off system prevent the tanks from running dry, protecting the equipment and eliminating the risk of burnt tanks.

Each tank is constructed from corrosion-resistant 316 marine-grade stainless steel for long-lasting durability in demanding commercial environments. Rounded tank corners, a rear backsplash, and full stainless steel construction provide a sanitary finish and simplify cleaning.
