The Spaghetti cutter makes 2 mm wide pasta.

- Ankarsrum’s pasta cutter comes from the Italian company Marcato, with 80 years of experience of making pasta.
- When you use the spaghetti cutter, use the pasta sheets that you have rolled using the lasagne roller, alternatively rolled out by hand, and feed through the cutter.
- Only pasta dough may be used for the pasta attachments.
- Never insert fingers or foreign objects in the roller.
- This pasta cutter fit all Assistents N1-N30.
