A high-volume workhorse. The 20-10 Pro combi oven is a roll-in combi oven model that provides high volume production in limited hood space. It is compatible with the Alto-Shaam integrated oven rack management system and is perfect for cook/chill or banqueting retherm applications.

Zero clearance design saves valuable space under the exhaust hood and reduces ventilation costs. Place Prodigi oven models next to any piece of equipment - anywhere on the line.

ChefLinc™ remote oven management system reduces operating costs with the ability to automatically download software, push and pull recipes, view detailed reports and more from a single dashboard.

Boilerless steam generation uses 80% less water. Superior performance, improved reliability, and less maintenance costs associated with traditional boiler parts and labor.

Removable food probe can be easily calibrated. This commercial oven thermometer is designed to be removed for easy replacement, greater reliability and reduced oven downtime and repair costs. 

Keep employees safe with Safevent™ oven venting system that automatically vents heat and steam during the last 60 seconds of the cooking cycle. Open the door as soon as the cooking cycle ends without exposure to heat and steam.
