Traditionally used for simmering soups, the Winco ALPC-20 Elemental Aluminum Pot Cover For ALST-20, ASSP-14, ALHP-20, ASHP-14, ASET-5 is also great for steaming vegetables and protecting yourself from splattering oil.
This cover is designed with a raised lip to fit snugly on top of a pot to seal in heat and moisture while its riveted handle provides a secure grip. Made from 4.0 mm, 3/16" thick aluminum, this NSF approved fry pan cover will endure the demands of high volume cooking.
