Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, the smoker base features a stainless crumb and grease tray along with a stainless wood platform that accommodates wood chips, blocks, or logs. Its thoughtful design enables it to sit securely on top of an equipment stand or refrigerated base without affecting the base's temperature profile or performance.

Utilizing a gas burner and radiant heating system as the primary heat source, the smoker base allows wood varieties to sit below the burners to create flavourful smoke. Unlike traditional methods, the wood is not exposed to direct flame, ensuring consistent results without open flame combustion.
