The Vulcan VRH Series Cook & Hold Oven is engineered for slow roasting, holding, and rethermalizing with precision, consistency, and simplicity. Ideal for commercial kitchens focused on producing high-quality, flavorful results, this oven provides dependable performance with user-friendly manual controls and a rugged stainless steel design built for long-term use.

This single compartment unit accommodates up to eight full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans on 3" centers, offering generous capacity for batch cooking or holding multiple menu items. It includes three durable wire shelves and stainless steel side racks with eight shelf positions to maximize flexibility.

The VRH oven features intuitive knob-style controls to set cook time, cook temperature, and hold temperature. Cooking temperatures range from 100°F to 250°F, while holding temperatures are adjustable from 100°F to 190°F. Once the set cook time is completed, the unit automatically switches to holding mode, eliminating the need for constant monitoring and reducing labour.

A low-speed fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the cavity, promoting natural browning without the use of additives and helping retain moisture in meats and other foods. This makes the oven ideal for applications like slow roasting, reheating, and overnight cooking.

Constructed with a dent-resistant 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, the oven also features an integrated steel frame for superior rigidity and strength. Full insulation—2" on the top and 1.5" on the sides, back, and bottom—ensures maximum heat retention and energy efficiency. The magnetic-action door latch and heavy-duty hinges are mounted to the internal frame to resist sagging and ensure long-term reliability. Doors are field-reversible with pre-drilled holes and included hardware for flexible installation.

For added convenience, the oven comes mounted on 5" heavy-duty casters (two swivel with brakes, two rigid) for easy mobility. The unit is stackable with an optional stacking kit, allowing you to double your cooking or holding capacity without increasing your footprint. It also ships with a cord and plug for quick setup.

UL listed, NSF certified, and UL approved to Canadian safety standards, the Vulcan VRH Series Cook & Hold Oven meets rigorous industry requirements for safety, sanitation, and performance. A 10-year limited warranty on the heating elements ensures peace of mind and long-term value for operators in demanding foodservice environments.
