The SoftStart Ignition System heats oil quickly while using half the BTUs at startup, resulting in extension of oil life. The trouble-free adjustable casters feature 2 swivel non-locking and 2 swivel locking casters for easy mobility.

Accurate temperature control 200-390°F with digital display. Some of the features include fast recovery, cook with compensating time or actual time, and electronic ignition. Digital temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius. There are three melt modes, two countdown timers and auto boil-out mode.

This unit is equipped with a built-in filter system. The filter vessel is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel with a 1/3 HP motor/pump that circulates hot frying compound at the rate of 8 gallons per minute. The system is activated by a one-touch push-button switch and has a standard mesh filter screen.
