The Vulcan Model 2VK65DF is a free-standing gas fryer with a 130–140 lb. oil capacity and an 160,000 BTU/hr input. It features a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, along with a FivePass heat transfer system that delivers 68% cooking and 78% thermal efficiency, plus a “V” shaped cold zone for improved oil longevity.

It comes equipped with a 1¼" full-port ball-type drain valve, twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles, and a set of four 6" adjustable casters, two of which are locking.

This unit features solid state digital controls with accurate temperature control 200° to 390°F. User selectable fat melt modes. All PowerFry5 Series Gas Fryers are standard with electronic ignition — power button starts the fryer instantly. A tank brush and clean-out rod are also included for easy maintenance.

This unit is equipped with a built-in filter system. The filter vessel is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel with a 1/3 HP motor/pump that circulates hot frying compound at the rate of 8 gallons per minute. The system is activated by a one-touch push-button switch and has a standard mesh filter screen.
