Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge, along with a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis, this griddle is designed for long-lasting strength and easy cleaning. It features a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate that retains heat evenly and efficiently. The plate is welded to a 3¼-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes, helping to contain grease and food debris while maintaining a clean workspace.
Each 12-inch section of the griddle is equipped with a 25,000 BTU per hour "U"-shaped aluminized steel burner, offering even heat distribution across the cooking surface. Thermostatic controls adjust the temperature from 200° to 450°F.
With a 12½-inch cooking height on adjustable 4-inch legs, this low-profile griddle is ideal for countertop use or integration into a cooking line. A large 4½-quart capacity grease can and wide stainless steel grease trough simplify cleanup.
