The Vulcan VC Series Single Deck Electric Deep Depth Convection Oven with Computer Controls is a high-capacity, high-performance oven built for demanding commercial kitchens that require both reliability and advanced functionality. Ideal for foodservice operations such as restaurants, schools, and healthcare facilities, this single-deck convection oven delivers precision, consistency, and flexibility for a wide range of cooking applications.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top, and supported by durable painted legs, this oven is designed for long-lasting use in busy environments. The 23.75" legs are adjustable by an additional inch, providing flexibility for installation and operation. The unit features independently operated stainless steel doors with double-pane windows, allowing for visual monitoring without interrupting the cooking process. Non-sag insulation is applied throughout the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors to ensure excellent heat retention and energy efficiency.

The spacious oven interior measures 29" wide by 26-1/8" deep by 20" high and is finished with porcelain enamel on steel for added durability and ease of cleaning. Inside, the oven is equipped with five nickel-plated racks, each measuring 28.25" by 24.5". Eleven-position nickel-plated rack guides with positive stops offer flexible rack arrangements for various cooking needs. Two interior lights provide clear visibility during operation.

Heating is powered by 12 kW electric solid sheath elements that deliver consistent and efficient performance. A two-speed ½ horsepower blower motor promotes even air circulation for uniform cooking results across all racks. A built-in moisture vent supports humidity control during cooking, while the oven cool switch allows for fast cooldown between batches or at the end of service.

Advanced computer controls bring modern functionality to this unit. Features include digital time and temperature readouts, a 99-hour timer with an audible alarm, a Roast and Hold cycle, 100 programmable menu selections, and Shelf I.D. programming. These tools help streamline kitchen operations, ensure accuracy, and reduce the potential for error during busy service times.
